Which batch will my order be in?
Once your order's placed, it'll be processed on the nearest upcoming production date from our schedule. For example, if you order today and our next batch date is June 25th, your items go into production on that date.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order's placed for the upcoming production date, it takes around 5 to 10 working days from that production date for your package to arrive at your doorstep (depending on your location in NZ). You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as it's on its way, so you can follow along every step of the journey.
Can I rush my order?
All orders follow our standard batch production schedule. This ensures consistent quality and fair pricing for all customers.
What if I place an order right before a batch date?
No worries at all — any order placed before any scheduled production date is perfectly fine. Whether you order a week ahead or the day before, you'll be included in that upcoming batch. Simple as that!
